Each year we celebrate books during Book Week. This year the St Kieran Book Week will be held during Week 6 from Tuesday August 25th to Friday August 28th but will look a little different from usual.

We will have quizzes, a Book Fair and a dress-up day, lots of book readings and activities in smaller groups (keeping within government COVID restrictions)  Each year level will have their own quiz.  

Dress-up day will be Friday August 28th and the Book Fair will run from Tuesday August 25th to Thursday 27th.

Students will be able to view the books directly in the library during the Book Fair. We plan to put photos of each bookcase on Seesaw to allow parents to also browse through the Fair at home. 

Each class will have the chance to look around the Fair on Tuesday August 25th and fill out a Wish List. These will go home so that you can see what your child would like. If you would like to purchase any or all these items, please send either cash or credit card details which can be found on the back of the wish list.

Of course, students may bring their own money as the book fair will be open at recess and lunchtime each day. As well as books there are pencils, rubbers, posters, and other items to buy. The Fair will always have an adult present with some Year 6 helpers to assist students who wish to purchase items.
