St Kieran Parish News and Mass times
St Kieran Parishioners as you all are aware, the building of the Prayer Shrine is progressing and have reached a stage where some ground work is required.
The building team is looking for volunteers to help out with some heavy work such as digging, around the Shrine on Saturday 1st August (9:30am start). If you are able to volunteer, please give your name and contact number to Rev Fr Wilson or Acolyte Eugene.
International Food Fare - fund raising event for the Prayer Shrine, is on Sunday 9th August 2020, please mark the date in your diary. Any volunteers to help or supply food for sale for the Food Fare would be much appreciated.
Mass time table at St Kieran church is now back to normal
Saturday Vigil : 6:30 pm in English
Sunday : 9am in English & 10:15am in Italian
Please do not attend mass if -
- you feel unwell,
- have flu/Respiratory symptoms
- elevated body temperatures
- or in the last 14 days have been in contact with persons suspected to have or have been diagnosed with COVID-19
- waiting for your COVID-19 test result.
Please be reminded that, plan giving envelopes are now available for collection from the church foyer. Any parishioner, not on the plan giving program are encouraged to be part of the contribution, by filling up the pledge cards available in the church foyer.
St Kieran Fun Dance Class has commenced from Wednesday 8th July from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in the Parish Centre.
Cost is $8.00 per person and the first 4 weeks will be focused on beginners, everyone welcome to join. All proceeds go to the Building of the Prayer Shrine.
Collection boxes are now located in front of the pews near the altar, as collection baskets cannot be passed around. The parish is ‘grateful and thankful’ for any donations made during this time of crises.
