Hello Families of St Kieran

As you will know, the lovely Penny Storey, who has been a colleague of mine for the past 5 years in Social Workers in Catholic Schools, has retired from St Kieran. I am the lucky new social worker who is looking forward to supporting St Kieran families.

I have worked as a social worker for the past 12 years starting my career working across a number of programs at Anglicare WA. For the past 5 years I have worked in Catholic Primary Schools. This year and last year I have been working in 3 schools over 4 days so have had lots of experience with different families and school settings.

However, my school and education experience is more extensive than that; having qualified and worked as a teacher in my younger years!!

I have an absolute passion for my work and feel privileged to work with such beautiful children and families who trust me with their stories. I am itching to get started at St Kieran in term 2 and will be guided by the principal in making contact with families.
