If new families would like to book their children into vacation care, please return the booking form to me (in email or drop it off at the office – 232 Cape St, Tuart Hill between 9-5pm) along with a completed enrolment form and direct debit form (attached). I will also need a copy of the child’s birth certificate and immunisation form. Without all of these documents I cannot put them on our system to make a booking.

St Kieran’s families have until Wednesday 4^th December to return these forms to secure a booking. After Wednesday 4^th, I will be sending the program to all other families who attend one of my before/after school cares.

Please note, the children who attend vacation care must have started school already. Unfortunately we cannot take Kindy’s who will start school in February 2020.
