Book Fair – Week 9
We will be holding a Book Fair in the Library during Week 9.
The Book Fair will be open from Monday 16th to Thursday 19th September but will close after 2nd lunch that day. It will be open before school, at recess, lunch and after school. Students need to attend with an adult before and after school.
Recess - Open to all students
1st lunch - Years 4, 5 and 6
2nd lunch - Years 1, 2 and 3
On Wednesday morning the 18th September (8:30 am – 9:00 am) we will have an Open Morning where Kindy parents are invited to walk through the school with their child/children to look at the books on display.
The Book Fair will be open during the Open Night … doors open at 4:15 pm.
Each class will walk through the Book Fair throughout the week. Students can make a “wish list “of any books they love. This list will go home so that parents can see the kind of books your child enjoys reading. This is only a wish list and you can decide whether to purchase any books.
If parents cannot attend the Book Fair but wish to purchase books, please fill in the back page of the wish list and return it to me in the Library.
If you wish to donate a book to the school – the staff have chosen some books that they would love to see in the Library. Please check the list you see in the Library and perhaps there will be something there that you could purchase for us.
